We are delighted to welcome Lisa-Marie Jones to the post of village manager at Moat Park.

No stranger to the company, Lisa-Marie takes up the role from our Debden Grange community in Newport, where she has worked as sales consultant for the past two years.

Lisa Jones, Retirement Villages

As village manager, her main focus will be working closer to and with the residents, as well as being responsible for the overall sales at the community.

With over 15 years in property sales, including experience within the retirement market, Lisa-Marie earned her stripes at companies including Fairview, Countryside and Taylor Wimpey and knows how important it is for older people to make the right move at the right time.

Lisa-Marie brings plenty of local knowledge, having lived in Great Dunmow for over a decade, so is perfectly placed to answer any questions about the area and what it has to offer.

She said: “I love the concept of village living. I think if you want to live in a welcoming and supportive community during your later years, then retirement communities have lots to offer. It’s amazing to have the wonderful amenities, such as a manor house or clubhouse to use as your own or to entertain your friends and family.

“The benefits of the lifestyle are clear to see; living with like-minded people and the security that the villages afford are invaluable to residents. I can really see the appeal. I’m now looking forward to being able to introduce people to this wonderful and enviable lifestyle.”
