Residents enjoy dinner and dancing

28th January 2015

The ‘January blues’ were nowhere in sight when over 50 residents gathered in the village restaurant for their annual glitzy dinner dance.

Not only was the event the highlight of the social calendar but also an excellent opportunity for a sing, dance and a chance to socialise with friends.

Donning their finest dresses and dinner jackets residents enjoyed a four-course meal with an accompanying glass of sparkling wine.

The highlight of the evening was a tuneful performance by Lee Spangles – a professional singer who specialises in 50’s,60’s and 70’s music. Residents danced the night away to music of their decade.
