Beautiful Roses at Lime Tree Village

Beautiful Roses at Lime Tree VillageThe roses at Lime Tree Village are some of the best blooms ever, according to maintenance supervisor Michael Bayliss and his grounds team.

These rambling roses (pictured) are growing along arch frames which were found in the Lime Tree woodland and restored to provide this beautiful framework feature alongside the croquet lawn.

It is believed the arches are actually the originals, dating back over 100 years, which were broken down and found discarded in the woodland. Reforming them is just another part of returning Cawston House and its wonderful grounds to their former splendour.
