Bea joins groundstaff at Dunchurch retirement village

Lime Tree Village has a new grounds maintenance team with the latest arrival of Belinda Gilkes. She joins existing grounds assistant Chris Cheesman.

Belinda – Bea to her friends – previously worked for an all female gardening business travelling all over Warwickshire, but when she saw the role at Lime Tree Village, she jumped at the opportunity given that she lives only ten minutes away.

“It’s lovely working in the same place and taking ownership for how it looks on a daily basis,” said Bea. “The grounds here are wonderful and there is lots to do throughout the year to keep them looking pristine.”

She joins Chris Cheesman who previously worked for a maintenance company in the Isle of Wight. He relocated back to the Coventry area last autumn and has settled in well.

They are both responsible for all grounds and landscaping maintenance at Lime Tree Village.
