West Byfleet in Surrey is the site for the first of our new sustainable, integrated in-town developments, close to existing amenities and services at the heart of the thriving local community. The site is located at Old Woking Road, West Byfleet and previously formed the central shopping area of the West Byfleet village. The retirement community will be the new focal point for the compact and well-serviced centre.

Transport links are excellent with convenient train services approximately 30 minutes into Waterloo just 4 minutes walk away with around 4 services per hour, good local bus services and easy access to motorway network with Junctions 10 and 11 of the M25, just 2 and 3 minutes away respectively.
