Wimbledon tea party at Elmbridge Village

Residents and staff at Elmbridge Village have organised their own version of a Wimbledon inspired tea party. The theme and event itself were somehow a novelty, as the village has never hosted a tea party before.

One of the multi-function rooms at Elmbridge Manor was turned into a dining room, decorated to suit the needs of the occasion. Tables were fixed up with colourful flowers and confetti scatted around for a jollier atmosphere.

All of 50 residents present indulged in tasty treats such as strawberries and cream, scones, cakes, croissants and much more – all washed down with tea and coffee.

Hopefully this debut tea party will lead to many more similar get-togethers at Elmbridge Village as everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
