Multimillion-pound development Elmbridge Manor opens!

Diary posted

20th December 2016

We are delighted to announce that the wraps are finally off our new development, Elmbridge Manor, a multimillion-pound clubhouse facility that truly has transformed our village.

Elmbridge Manor features a concert hall, new restaurant, dining room, lounge, bar, kitchen, shop, library, surgery, meeting rooms and offices for our staff, not to mention 19 brand new apartments.

These are selling out in record time. In fact two of Elmbridge Manor’s new residents, Mrs Nabavi (who comes from within the village) and Mrs Phillips, have just moved in to their new homes as you can see from the pictures.

As this was a special, exciting day for them (and us!) we greeted them with champagne and flowers to say thank you!

Our existing residents, who we showed round Elmbridge Manor as soon as it was finished, are all extremely impressed and delighted with the new facilities too.

Conceiving, designing and building Elmbridge Manor has taken a number of years and, needless to say, the process has not always been straightforward.

We’d like to say a big thanks to everyone involved in the project, especially those in ‘The Forum’. This is a group of elected residents chaired by Denise de Fraine, which liaised with us throughout the construction.

We are having an open day at Elmbridge Manor on Saturday 28th January between 11am and 3pm. If you are interested in moving to our retirement village this is a great opportunity to come and experience the lifestyle for yourself. Find out more here.
