Elmbridge Village in Cranleigh celebrates National Sausage Week

Elmbridge residents celebrated National Sausage Week with a veritable feast including four varieties of sizzling sausage!

Chef Mandy Dodson sourced the bangers from local butcher Rawlings, choosing a mix of lamb and mint, Old English, black pudding with wild mushroom, and pork and leek to tempt guests.

Served with traditional mashed potato, onion gravy and a selection of seasonal vegetables, there was a good turnout for the tasty buffet lunch.
