We recently held a ‘Wild West’ themed evening and decorated our ballroom with cowhide balloons, hay bales and a scarecrow. Residents enjoyed a great atmosphere along with a special menu prepared by our very own chef. This comprised ribs, ‘Tex Mex’ bean chilli and succulent southern fried chicken followed by key lime pie and pecan brownies.
Residents dressed up for the occasion and we awarded bottles of wine to the best cowboy and cowgirl. We played games such as archery and lassoing before singing some western songs. Everyone had a wonderful time, as you can see from the photos!
