Around 40 residents at Cedars Village got together to celebrate the best in British afternoon tea delights, celebrating National Afternoon Tea Week.

A delicious spread was laid out in the beautiful Victorian conservatory including cakes, sandwiches, and scones along with numerous tea varieties.

Village manager at Cedars Village, Colin Foulger, said the residents loved every minute of it:

“We have lots of social events, where residents can get together, but it’s nice to be all celebrating a great pastime such as afternoon tea.

“It’s wonderful way to make use of the gorgeous Victorian architecture and formal gardens we have at Cedars – it really is the perfect location for such an event.”
