A peaceful month for village life

Diary posted

5th February 2015

As expected, January was a quiet month in Blagdon Village.  Recovering from the festive season and the onset of colder weather combined to keep residents in their own homes, but routine activities were able to continue as normal.  We had one additional event, a return visit arranged by our Current Affairs Group of Rebecca Pow, the Conservative candidate for this constituency in the General Election.  It was an interesting talk followed by some searching questions and a group photo.

Now that the days are getting noticeably longer we are looking forward to the weather getting better and life getting back into full swing again.
