Spring, the leading national home-buying and part exchange service has entered into a partnership with Retirement Villages Group (RVG), which will see Spring become their exclusive trusted Home Buying and Managed Sale Services provider, easing the process of moving home for many of its future residents.
Spring will assist with buying the properties of people who need to sell their existing home before moving into a Retirement Villages’ community. This service saves them from getting stuck in a chain or experiencing delays with their move. Spring is able to provide a guaranteed completion on transactions in between seven and 28-working days, giving RVG’s future residents certainty and the freedom to make their onward move without the worries of open market viewings, sales falling through or complex property chains collapsing.
The partnership will aid RVG with its assisted move programme across all its 16 locations. RVG welcomes people over the age of 55 into its selection of one and two bedroom houses, apartments and cottages, supporting residents’ wellbeing and enabling them to live healthy, independent lifestyles that are built around community.
Spring will work with RVG to manage the entire home selling sales process for their future residents and help with valuations of properties across the portfolio of villages throughout the UK.
