Interest for luxury properties at the launch of Maynard House, the area’s newest retirement apartment project, was exceptional with a number of apartments already reserved.
Potential purchasers flocked to the two day launch event of Maynard House to find out more about the 26 retirement apartments being built in the grounds of Moat Park, Essex.
Four apartments were reserved at the event, representing over 15 per cent of those being built.
“We had a high level of forward interest in Maynard House leading up to our launch event and were delighted at the turn out over the two days, said Sarah Burgess, sales and marketing director for Retirement Villages Ltd. “It’s the thoughtful design, high specification and the added benefit of a new lifestyle that really sets these luxury properties apart.”
The chance to reserve a property off plan was offered at the launch of the apartment scheme which attracted visitors from far and wide. A scale model of a typical one and two bedroom apartment and an exhibition were available to view.
“Our sales team will be working with those people who have already reserved an apartment over the coming months to ensure everything is in place for them to move into their new home at Moat Park next spring.” Sarah added.
The apartments, commissioned by Retirement Villages Ltd, are being built within the established grounds of the newly named Moat Park Retirement Village in Great Easton, formerly known as The Moat House. The care home on site has been known as The Moat House for many years and will retain its name. Purchasers will have exclusive access to the village facilities including the central clubhouse, extensive grounds and a full social calendar.
For those that were unable to attend the launch event there will be a second opportunity to purchase one of these desirable retirement apartments by visiting the sales and marketing suite on Dunmow Road in Great Easton. To make an appointment call Linda McLean, sales consultant on 01371 483360.
