Visitors, staff and guests gathered together for a weekend event, to celebrate the official launch of the newly-built cottages at Lime Tree Village.

Attendees enjoyed prosecco, canapes and other refreshments served in the village’s magnificent Cawston House – the Edwardian mansion at the heart of the village used for activities and social events by residents and visitors.

Visitors were also able to discover everything they wanted to know about the retirement living lifestyle – and talk with existing Lime Tree Village residents about their experiences. As well as the option to gain advice from carefully selected partners such as a financial advisor, a Moving Made Easy consultant and a part exchange specialist.

The stunning new cottages will form an extension to the existing award-winning village, which comprises of privately-owned chalet bungalows, cottages and apartments set in 26 acres of mature landscaped gardens.

In true Retirement Villages style, there are a variety of cottage styles to choose from so all potential residents can have something aligned to their taste. There’s a choice of three brand new styles with either two or three-bedrooms. The Martingale, The Pelham and The Manipur have all been designed with comfort in mind, and a consistent luxury feel throughout.

The new range of beautiful cottages can be secured with a range of financial options too. We currently offer part ownership, rental and purchase – so you can find the best option for you.

Retirement Villages Group Ltd regional sales manager Kerry Richardson said: “We had a wonderful turn out during the weekend of people with a genuine interest in finding out about the next fantastic stage of the Lime Tree Village development.”
