James Lang has been appointed village manager at Avonpark, our retirement village in Limpley Stoke, near Bath.

James, who is 49 and lives in Bristol, has spent most of his career in property management including specialist retirement developers across the south west of England.

“I am very familiar with the world of retirement developments and will focus on ensuring residents here at Avonpark receive the highest levels of service and enjoy a fulfilling life in retirement in a wonderful setting,” he said.

In his spare time James is involved in local junior rugby and has two teenage sons, both of whom play the game.

Avonpark provides both independent and supported living for residents in 15 acres of landscaped grounds overlooking the stunning Avon Valley.  There is also a residential, nursing and dementia home on site.
