Last month Celia Whicher was appointed the new Sales Consultant for Maynard House at Moat Park.

The Kent born lady has enjoyed a varied career moving all over the eastern counties to pursue her passion for property and equestrianism.

Celia is currently the Area 7 Chair for the British Horse Society Riding Clubs and proudly trained the Paralympic team that won Team & Individual Gold Medals at the Atlanta Olympics & Paralympics in 1996.

Alongside this, Celia spent the last 12 years working for luxury private home developers before attempting to retire last year. As a self-confessed ‘workaholic’ she soon realised she wasn’t ready to slow down just yet, so took the sales role at Maynard House.

Speaking about her appointment, Celia said, “I am passionate about helping people who could have concerns about starting the next chapter in their life. I want to help them to find as near perfect home as possible. Then guide and help them throughout the whole procedure. I am definitely a people person and always happy to go the extra mile.”

Sarah Burgess, Sales and Marketing Director said, “Since starting her new role Celia has become popular with both prospective and existing residents, taking the time to get to know each of them. It is her personable nature and experience in property sales that make her the ideal person to carry out this role.”
