The doors of the sales and marketing suite for the area’s newest luxury retirement apartments have been declared open.
Those interested in purchasing one of the desirable retirement properties at Maynard House now have the opportunity to visit the suite on Dunmow Road in Great Easton. Building work is continuing and the apartments will be complete late spring 2014.
Sales consultant Linda McClean will be on hand to welcome visitors at the suite where a scale model of a typical one and two bedroom apartment will be on display to give potential buyers a feel of what to expect.
The suite will be open from Thursday to Monday, 10.30 am to 5pm. To make an appointment with Linda please call 01371 483360. Linda has worked in the property sector since 2002 and has a wealth of experience of the retirement market.
Linda said: “At our recent launch, interest in Maynard House was exceptional with a number of apartments already reserved so I would urge any interested buyers to get in touch to make an appointment now.”
The 26 apartments, commissioned by Retirement Villages Ltd, are being built within the established grounds of the newly named Moat Park Retirement Village in Great Easton, formerly known as The Moat House. Purchasers will have exclusive access to the village facilities including the central clubhouse, extensive grounds and a full social calendar.
