Phipps Landscapes based in Shalford Green, have recently secured a contract to provide on-going maintenance work at Moat Park, our newest retirement village based in Great Easton, Essex.
The village sits within six acres of parkland, some of which dates back several centuries. It offers a number of unique features including an ornamental pond and mature tree belts.
Jim Doherty Head of Production at Retirement Villages Group Ltd explained “It is our policy to support local businesses where we can. We know the team at Phipps Landscapes take a pride in their work and, in this case, are keen to help restore the landscaping to its former glory now construction work is complete.”
The work on our 26 new retirement apartments, known as Maynard House, is now complete and residents have begun to fill the properties. Local contractors will be used for all on-going village work, where possible.
