THE long awaited brand new Coach Houses at Chorleywood’s retirement village are to be officially unveiled to the public later this month.
The three high specification two/three bed homes will be open for viewing on Thursday, 19th July. One of the properties has been dressed as a show home to demonstrate the flexible living space available.
Each Coach House features a 21 foot master bedroom with en suite and dressing room, a downstairs bedroom which could equally be used as a dining room or study and a sunroom with views over the landscaped grounds.
Those who buy the Coach Houses will have access to the extensive facilities at Cedars Village, which sits off Dog Kennel Lane, in Chorleywood. These include a restaurant, library, snooker room, bar and ballroom. There is also a busy calendar of social activities, events and interest groups to tap into.
Sarah Burgess is the Sales and Marketing Director of Retirement Villages which owns Cedars Village. She said: “There has been very little building work at Cedars Village over the last 15 years so these Coach Houses represent a rare opportunity to buy a new property at the village.”
There are three Coach Houses priced £550,000 to £565,000 leasehold.
