Invited guests from the Cranleigh business community were among the first to see the unveiling of our latest plans for Elmbridge Manor this week.

A lunchtime reception at Cranleigh Arts Centre showcased the new multi-million pound clubhouse and apartments, currently under construction.

This represents a superb new retirement development in Surrey. The clubhouse will provide an auditorium, restaurant, library, bar and doctor’s surgery in addition to 18 one and two bedroom apartments overlooking the landscaped grounds.

“This wonderful new building will be a magnificent addition to the facilities already available to the 250 active independent living residents who have made Elmbridge their home,” said Retirement Villages’ chairman Nigel Welby.

“This latest investment will benefit the local area further both socially and economically.” added Nigel.

The new clubhouse will be completed and open in the autumn. The apartments are released for sale now.
