One of the longest serving members of staff at Roseland Parc, Ann Tomlinson, has retired.

Ann has been a popular and much loved member of the team for over 10 years. She originally worked as a care assistant at Penlee Care Home and then moved into the role of office administrator and receptionist.

Ann is looking forward to spending more time with family and friends, although she wont slow down for long as she plans to set up her own bed and breakfast later in the year.

The highlight of her time at Retirement Villages was seeing the Roseland Parc complex being built into what it is today and moving into the new Nursing Home.

Lynne Brown, Home Manager added; “I would like to say a fond farewell to Ann on behalf of the rest of RV team. She has made a valuable contribution and will be sorely missed by both staff and residents.”

As part of a final farewell, a celebration with residents, colleagues and friends was organised where Ann was presented with a bouquet, gifts and toasted with champagne to mark the occasion.
