The Priory nestles within the beautiful South Devon countryside, overlooking the village of Abbotskerswell. 

The historic market town of Totnes is a 10-minute drive away and in the neighbouring town of Newton Abbot sits the mainline rail link into London. 

The coast is five miles to the east with the English Riviera (Torbay) virtually on the doorstep, while to the west is Dartmoor National Park. 

Closer to home, The Priory is served well by its neighbouring village Abbotskerswell which has a rich assortment of amenities including the local church of St Mary’s, a post office and general store, and a number of pubs and country inns. The village has its own cricket club and there is an 18-hole golf club two miles away.

Directions: 

The Priory is approximately one mile from Newton Abbot and the main line rail link from the south west into London. The A38 is close by, offering easy access to Plymouth in the south and Exeter to the north. 

Leave the M5 at junction 31. Continue forward onto the A38, branch left and take the first exit at the Drumbridges roundabout onto the A382. Continue along the A382, crossing three roundabouts, before turning right at the traffic signals, still on the A382.

Turn left and then right onto the A381. Continue over the roundabout before turning left into Firestone Lane and forward onto Manor Road. At the end of Manor Road turn left onto Priory Road and follow the road uphill until you reach The Priory on your right.
