Residents who live independently at Roseland Parc can enjoy the peace of mind which comes from having a 24 hour emergency service, providing cover for medical emergencies. Each property is fitted with an alarm call system.

A qualified member of staff is on duty at the village to provide advice on health matters, liaise with families if and when appropriate and to look after the well-being of residents. They are also able to help arrange additional personal nursing or domiciliary care services if required, through RV Care.

A number of the apartments at Roseland Parc offer fully serviced living. This is sometimes known as close care or supported living. In essence it is hotel-style living and means residents are provided with meals, a laundry service and domestic cleaning services while retaining their independence and privacy.

Roseland Nursing Home is a purpose built care home with 36 single en suite bedrooms (link to care services nursing homes) offering round the clock nursing care tailored to the individual requirements of each resident.

The Penlee Unit  provides an ideal solution for those living with dementia.
