Alexander Heights is a 27 bed residential home providing a ‘home from home’ environment.

During 2011, the home was extensively refurbished to reflect the high standard of care and support on offer. Private rooms and communal areas were redecorated, new furniture was introduced and equipment updated.

The home now provides a welcoming, comfortable environment where residents can spend time as they wish, socialise and entertain guests. 

Individual bedrooms are fully furnished although residents are encouraged to personalise their space. The shared facilities have been well thought out to offer space that is both practical and attractive. There are dining areas, lounges, quiet areas for relaxation, activity spaces and outdoor areas.

The home is staffed by a dedicated team overseen by an experienced manager.

Fountain Place is a 15 bed nursing home offering round the clock nursing care tailored to the individual requirements of each resident.

Like much of Avonpark Village, Fountain Place has been extensively refurbished within the last year to ensure residents have the very best surroundings and staff have the optimum conditions to provide first rate care.

Fountain Place is staffed by a team of nurses, care and support staff overseen by an experienced manager. They work in conjunction with other professionals from the wider community to ensure the need of every resident is fully met. 

Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with residents encouraged to bring in personal possessions to aid feelings of familiarity. The home’s shared spaces are thoughtfully designed to allow ease of use for residents whatever their level of mobility. The gardens are well laid out with wide paths and plenty of seating areas.

Hillcrest House is a 32 bed unit, providing the ideal solution for those living with dementia.

We respect the responsibility we have to give those living with dementia the very best care, support and help to ensure they feel comfortable, secure and safe. The interior design of Hillcrest House is based on the latest expert thinking with colour coding, picture prompts and traditional features helping residents feel a sense of familiarity and belonging. Staff have undergone specialist training to ensure they are able to provide the very highest level of care that our residents deserve.

The team working at Hillcrest House aim to build strong relationships not just with residents but with their loved ones too, as appropriate. That helps give everyone involved peace of mind and ensures lines of communication remain open.
