Thamesfield also has a 12 bed nursing home, overseen by a very experienced Matron, working with a team of trained nurses, carers and outside professionals. Round the clock nursing care is tailored to the individual requirements of each resident. Bespoke care plans take account of the changing needs of residents, with family and friends involved as appropriate.

Every bedroom in the care home is individually furnished to a high specification with residents encouraged to bring in personal items to aid the sense of familiarity.
