Residents of Mayford Grange can enjoy the peace of mind which comes from having a 24 hour emergency service, providing cover for medical emergencies. Each property is fitted with an alarm call system incorporating a sensor which activates in the event of no movement being detected over a given period.

A qualified member of staff is on duty at set times in the village to provide advice on health matters, liaise with families if and when appropriate and to look after the well-being of residents. They can also help arrange additional personal nursing or domiciliary care services if required through RV Care.

The Grange is Mayford Grange’s newest addition. Looking more like a five star hotel than a nursing home, The Grange offers beautiful surroundings which are the perfect backdrop for the delivery of first class care by the dedicated team of staff.

The nine bed nursing home has been designed to the most exacting standards and includes a well proportioned lounge and dining room where residents can socialise, entertain guests and join in organised activities. Thoughtful touches allow for ease of use and access by residents, whatever their level of mobility.

Every bedroom is individually furnished to a high specification with residents encouraged to bring in personal items to aid the sense of familiarity. 

From its elevated setting on the first floor, accessed via lift, residents of The Grange can enjoy views over the neighbouring village of Mayford and Mayford Grange’s central courtyard. There is a private balcony too.

The Grange is staffed by a team of nurses, care and support staff overseen by an experienced manager. They work in conjunction with other professionals from the wider community to ensure the need of every resident is met. 

Bespoke care plans take account of the changing needs of residents, with family and friends are involved where appropriate. Respite care is available at The Grange.

The Grange and Mayford Grange are on the fringes of the village of Mayford, between Woking and Guildford, in the heart of Surrey.
