Once you’ve decided on buying a new home at Park Place, there are a number of options available to you which can help make the process easier.

Selling your own home

If you haven't yet put your current property on the market, our sales staff can recommend and appoint an estate agent to value your current property and continue to liaise with them right through to legal completion.

Personal Manager Service

Our free Personal Manager Service offers a second opinion. It doesn’t replace your existing estate agent but provides you with an independent review of the sales and marketing initiatives being undertaken to sell your house.

One of our experienced sales managers will arrange to meet you in your own home and talk through your sale, answering any questions you may have and putting forward any suggestions which they feel may help progress the sale.

Part Exchange

A part exchange scheme is available on certain Retirement Villages’ properties, offered through one of our specialist partners. Your house is bought from you at a price agreed with you, with no chain involved and no estate agents fees to pay. We are able to co-ordinate your sale and purchase so you can remain in your house until you complete on your new home at Park Place.
