Park Place is a community, where life revolves around every individual.
With four tiers of living for the over 55s every need can be catered for within the three acre site which borders the main park in Boston, Lincolnshire.
The main building was originally a private residence. It has been substantially expanded and further buildings added so the retirement village as a whole now boasts 28 independent living apartments, a 48 bed nursing home, 47 bed residential home and the 11 bed Aspen Suite for those living with dementia.
Modern facilities ensure residents can live comfortably and staff have everything at hand to be able to provide the support and care required.
There are communal areas in each home, with comfortable lounges, wide screen televisions, dining areas and a village hair and beauty salon.
Residents who choose to buy one of the two bedroom apartments in the village can access the shared facilities if and when they wish while enjoying the freedom of owning their own home. The apartments have been carefully designed to provide luxury living while including little touches to make life easier.
The mature landscaped gardens have many hidden treasures including shady areas, a fish pond with resident ducks, seating areas and a wide lawn perfect for croquet.
A full calendar of activities is in place, led by village staff in consultation with residents. The retirement village also enjoys close links with the wider community in the market town. The annual fete is attended by many friends from Boston, residents are popular in the town’s shops and pupils from several local schools are regular visitors.
