Nigel Welby - Chairman
After a career with Unilever, Nigel Welby left to set up business on his own in 1982, specialising in commercial property investment and project finance. He has now added a wide range of business interests, and organised the aquisition of Retirement Villages PLC in 2005 from its founding owners, acting as managing director until the appointment of Jon Gooding.
