Epsom-based Retirement Villages Ltd - one of the UK’s leading specialists in the sector - has created the new post of property sales manager in response to its continuing growth.
And the person chosen to fill the role - Rita Williams - already has a sound understanding of both the market and the company having managed the sales team at Retirement Villages’ Lime Tree Village development in Dunchurch, Warwickshire for four years.

Rita, who has 24 years experience in property sales, will take on responsibility for resales across the company’s seven sites, the training of sales staff and the compilation of a company database.
“I am really excited by the new challenges this role offers,” said Rita. “Most of my experience is in the selling of new homes so the resale of properties is a departure for me and one which I’m looking forward to channelling my experience into.
“Retirement Villages is a rapidly expanding company and I’m delighted to be part of the team which will help shape its future.”
Rita will be working alongside the company’s property sales and marketing director Sarah Burgess at the company’s head office in Epsom, Surrey.
Sarah Burgess said: “Having worked at Lime Tree Village, Rita understands Retirement Villages and our customers perfectly making her the best person to fill this new role.
“I am sure she will prove an invaluable asset to Retirement Villages as we continue with our expansion plans.”
Retirement Villages currently owns and manages 1,000 homes on seven sites. It is expected the number of properties will increase five-fold over the next five years through acquisition and development.
