Roseland Parc commended in national award

Roseland Parc has been commended in a national award which recognises the best in new developments.

The village at Tregony, near Truro, developed by Retirement Villages, received the recognition in the Best Assisted Living Development category in the Daily Telegraph Your New Home 2007 Awards.

The panel of judges which included industry experts, property writers, designers and architects looked at the quality of environment offered and the support services available which allow residents to retain their independence.

Village manager Derek Pashley collected the award at a glittering ceremony at the Globe Theatre in London. “We are delighted that Roseland Parc has received this prestigious award which is recognition not only for developers Retirement Villages but for the dedicated team of staff and the residents who are building a vibrant, active community.”

The annual Your New Home Best Development Awards mark the highest standards of design, innovation and craftsmanship across 15 categories and are open to new home developers across the country.
