Lime Tree Village commended in national award

Lime Tree Village has been commended in a national award which recognises the best in new developments.

The village at Dunchurch, near Rugby, developed by Retirement Villages, received the recognition in the Best Retirement 55 Plus Development category in the competition staged by Your New Home magazine.

The panel of judges which included industry experts, property writers, designers and architects looked at the practicality, ease of maintenance and quality of design features on offer together with the overall package available to mature buyers.

Awarding the commendation to Lime Tree Village the judges said: “Lime Tree Village actively encourages owners to enjoy a fun-filled lifestyle in an attractive and well thought out environment. A wide range of facilities is available and Lime Tree Village provides an exceptional range of services to owners.”

The annual Your New Home Best Developments Awards mark the highest standards of design, innovation and craftsmanship across 15 categories and are open to new home developers across the country.

The results of the 2006 competition were announced at a celebration dinner in London attended by Retirement Villages directors.
