Open weekend at Lime Tree Village

Families are being invited to an open weekend to view the final phase of development and stunning show apartment at Lime Tree Village, Dunchurch, near Rugby, the area’s only village exclusively for people aged 55 and over.

The open weekend is being staged over the May bank holiday when sales staff will be on hand to give tours of the village, due for completion by the end of the year. Doors will be open between 11am and 2pm on May 26, 27 and 28 with refreshments available. “Although the village is exclusively for people aged over 55 we appreciate how important families can be in making any decision to move,” said sales consultant Laura Benson. “If people want to bring their children and even grandchildren to see the properties and village we’re happy to welcome them.”
