Families are being invited to an open weekend to view the final phase of development and stunning show apartment at Lime Tree Village, Dunchurch, near Rugby, the area’s only village exclusively for people aged 55 and over.
The open weekend is being staged over the May bank holiday when sales staff will be on hand to give tours of the village, due for completion by the end of the year. Doors will be open between 11am and 2pm on May 26, 27 and 28 with refreshments available. “Although the village is exclusively for people aged over 55 we appreciate how important families can be in making any decision to move,” said sales consultant Laura Benson. “If people want to bring their children and even grandchildren to see the properties and village we’re happy to welcome them.”
The village, set in beautifully landscaped grounds and boasting an Edwardian mansion featuring communal areas, bar and restaurant as the centrepiece, has two bedroom apartments and a handful of cottages and bungalows available with prices from £169,500 to £340,000. Lime Tree Village is located off Cawston Lane in Dunchurch, near Rugby. Tel: 01788 812846 for more details or visit www.retirementvillages.co.uk. The show properties are open for viewing seven days a week from 11am to 5pm. Pic cap: Bring the family to enjoy the picturesque setting at Lime Tree Village.
