Try before you buy’ scheme launched at Roseland Parc Retirement Village

A new scheme has been set up for those who are tempted to move to Roseland Parc Retirement Village at Tregony, but would like to sample the experience first.

A unique ‘try before you buy’ offer has been created for potential residents who are attracted to the idea of the retirement village but want to ensure that it will fulfill all their needs on a practical basis.

Said property sales and marketing director, Sarah Burgess, “We’re aware of the fact that we are a fairly new concept in retirement living – particularly in the South West – so we felt we should provide people with the opportunity to test us out. This is already proving very popular with a host of people staying,”

People wishing to take up the ‘try before you buy’ offer, which is focused on the fully serviced apartments, will also be able to make the most of all the additional amenities such as the swimming pool, hot tub and gym. They can expect hotel-style services with the restaurant open for lunch where you can sit overlooking the palm garden and evening meals delivered to the apartment.

Prices will be £25 per person per night with a maximum stay of two nights.

Phase one of the village is now complete with nearly half already sold. This comprises nine of the 27 fully serviced units and 16 of the 32 independent apartments. The second phase of the development, which incorporates 32 independent living apartments, is due to be completed later this year. Subsequent phases will include the conversion of the now redundant Penlee House nursing home into further independent living units.
