Blagdon Lodge show apartment unveiled
The first show apartment in Blagdon Village’s stunning centrepiece Blagdon Lodge is set to be unveiled at a special open weekend.
Visitors are being invited to view the spacious two-bedroom apartment, boasting large kitchen/dining room and en suite, on Saturday and Sunday, August 18 and 19.
Sales staff will be on hand to conduct guided tours of the apartment and the rest of the retirement village which is off Middleway in the sought-after area of Haines Hill.
“We’re really excited about opening the show apartment in Blagdon Lodge,” said sales consultant Sharene Bullen. “It’s a wonderfully spacious apartment with lift access and is shown off beautifully by the classic decoration.”
There is a range of apartments for sale at Blagdon Village, which is being developed by Retirement Villages, priced from £195,000.
When completed, the village will comprise 85 privately-owned properties set around Blagdon Lodge which will boast a restaurant, bar, library and function room. The village will have a team of domestic staff to provide a weekly housework and bed linen washing service. A maintenance team will take care of the landscaped grounds.
