LOCATION

From M1 (travelling north):
Exit at junction 17 and join the M45.

After seven miles, cross the first roundabout and continue on A45. Take first exit left (signposted Rugby) and turn onto the A4071.

After a mile, turn right into Cawston Lane (signposted Dunchurch). Lime Tree Village is 300 yards along on the left.

From M6 (travelling south):
Exit the M6 at junction 1 and join the A426 towards Rugby.

Continue along the A426 across seven roundabouts and then bear left onto the A4071 for two miles.

Continue on the A4071 over the roundabout, turn left into Cawston Lane for 300 yards.
