Julian Merrick MCIOB - Project Director
Julian is a chartered builder and has been involved in the construction and house building industry for the past 30 years both in the UK and overseas . For 18 years he worked with a specialist retirement company, for eight of those years, as construction director. Julian joined the Retirement Villages’ team in 2006.
He is married with three children and lives in Bedfordshire.
