STAFF

We pride ourselves on the calibre of our staff.

All office, care and agency staff will complete induction training to cover the areas listed within the Commission for Social Care Inspection regulations including our code of personal conduct, health and safety, role of carers to monitor clients’ health and confidentiality.

An on-going NVQ training programme is in place and all managers have achieved, or are working towards, NVQ Level 4 in Nursing Management. There is an ongoing programme of supervision for all staff and regular training updates. All staff are CRB checked.

Achieving the highest levels of quality service is crucial to us. We regularly seek feedback from clients on a one-to-one basis and continually review care plans and re-assess service delivery.
