GITTISHAM HILL PARK

Retirement Villages recently acquired Gittisham Hill Park, a converted country home, set within its own 12 acre parkland in an area of outstanding natural beauty, close to Honiton in rural Devon.

This 30-bed care home and 22 independent living bungalows will soon be joined by a brand new amenities centre and 10 further bungalows.

It is hoped work will start on this final phase of the development in Spring 2008.
