MAYFORD GRANGE

Retirement Villages is building an imaginative development of just 48 supported independent living apartments, aimed exclusively at the over 60’s, on the site of the former Loampits Farm at Mayford, near Woking in Surrey.

There will be a range of communal facilities including restaurant, bar, hairdressing salon, function room, library, laundry and conservatory to offer purchasers the chance to enjoy an active and fulfilling social life. A range of additional care services will also be available, should they be required.

Retirement Villages is particularly excited about this project, not least because of the close working relationship it is developing with Woking Borough Council to create a scheme which sets new standards in energy saving.

Work is now underway at Mayford. It is likely the first properties will be ready for occupation in January 2009.
