ABOUT THE VILLAGE

Village life revolves around the communal and leisure facilities including the village hall, restaurant, bar, snooker room and library. There is a croquet lawn and village pond set within the superb landscaped grounds. You can take part in an active social life or just enjoy the tranquillity of the setting.

The maintenance staff take worries off your hands, and there are some individual allotment plots for keen gardeners. If you have pets, the scenic walkways and open countryside around the village will be a joy.

Guest accommodation is also available within the village at a subsidised rate. There is a twice weekly surgery held by GPs from Cranleigh Health Centre. There is also a convenience store in the community centre at the heart of the village.

Elmbridge has its own bus stop so a trip to Cranleigh or Guildford , with an extensive variety of shopping and leisure pursuits, is easy and convenient. There are also good connections by road and rail to central London , Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
