David Phillips BSc MRICS - Development Director

David is a Chartered Surveyor and has been involved in property finance, investment and development for over 20 years both in the UK and overseas. Working with Nigel Welby he was appointed on the acquisition of the company in 2005.

He is married with three children and lives in Sussex.
