PROPERTY SPECIFICATIONS

The restored Victorian conservatory is a wonderfully relaxing place for morning coffee or afternoon tea. There is a hobbies room, doctors' surgery and medical centre.

There is a village green to the front of the main house and croquet lawn at the rear. There are extensive relaxing woodland walks in the grounds, and the village is adjacent to the beautiful Chorleywood common, where there is a nine hole golf course and cricket ground.

Pets are welcome and, as with all our Retirement Villages, someone else takes care of wearisome property and grounds maintenance. There is also a weekly cleaning and bed linen laundry service. Guest accommodation is available within the village at a subsidised rate.

Cedars Village has its own bus stop with a regular service. The village is about a mile from the centre of Chorleywood where there is a good selection of shops and a railway station with underground and mainline links. There are excellent road connections and for shopping, Watford is only five miles away.
