ABOUT THE VILLAGE

At the heart of the village is a Grade II listed Mansion House country club, fully restored and serving as the centre-point for the village. It offers a variety of amenities, including a restaurant, meeting room, library, snooker room, bar and conservatory. The village is also immediately adjacent to the famous Berkhamsted Golf Course.

We are very proud of our award winning gardens at Castle Village – our Japanese garden is a popular place to relax, and with its stunning water feature, it is the ideal place to unwind in the sunshine.

Should you need it there is round the clock emergency medical assistance available, an on site maintenance supervisor, cleaning, laundry and garden maintenance services. Pets are welcome and there is certainly no shortage of space for even the most tireless of them. Guest accommodation is also available within the village at a subsidised rate.
