Our independent living option is perfect for those people who wish to retain the benefits of home ownership while enjoying all a Retirement Villages lifestyle has to offer.

Our villages offer a wide range of properties from studios through to apartments, bungalows, cottages and chalets.

Each one is built to a high specification with modern fittings and a number of thoughtful finishing touches such as raised plug sockets, wide doorways and integrated kitchens for instance.

For some people, a beautiful home in a lovely setting is enough,

Others are attracted by the extra facilities those living in one of our properties have access to. Each village is slightly different but all have a lounge, restaurant and bar. Some have libraries with internet access, there are hair and beauty salons at some and fitness suites at others. Some villages have won awards for their outside space. Some have games facilities, others have wooded areas or ponds, lawns and borders. All are well-tended by teams of grounds staff.

As well as being perfect for relaxing, meeting neighbours and entertaining guests, the country club facilities at our independent living villages become the focus of a social calendar. Interest groups, activities and events are organised by residents for residents. The only limit to the scope of these is the imagination of residents!

Our independent living villages are a community in every sense of the word. While residents are making the most of being a part of that community, they can be safe in the knowledge there is round the clock emergency help should it be required.
