LIVING HERE

Each property is finished to an exceptionally high standard. Contemporary kitchens, bathrooms and en-suite shower rooms are fitted, in addition to the spacious well lit living/dining rooms. A number of properties have separate dining rooms. All have two bedrooms with a small number of chalet bungalows having three.

Apartments benefit from an entry-phone system and all properties have movement sensors and emergency call systems. Broadband and modem telephone systems are also available.

The focal point of the village is the central clubhouse – Blagdon Lodge. This impressive building with its clock tower frontage is open for residents to use exclusively as their own.

The lodge includes restaurant, bar, garden room, library and function room. There are clinic rooms for visiting GPs and chiropodists and a hotel-style staffed main reception for residents. A fitness suite and hair salon will open soon in a separate area of the village.

The village is served by a 24-hr emergency support system.
