Fine Arts Talk:

Blagdon Village is playing host to a fine arts enthusiast - and guests are welcome. Malcolm Phillips, Chairman of the Taunton Decorative Fine Arts Society, will be giving a talk about the society and its activities which include educational visits and holidays, lectures and study days.
