Living within Gittisham Hill Park enables homeowners to carry on day-to-day life knowing that if any level of help or support is required in the future, it can be. All current bungalows have two bedrooms with the master bedroom comprising en-suite facilities. There are spacious living rooms and fully-equipped kitchens in addition to the main bathroom. A number of properties have conservatories which look out onto the landscaped gardens and neighbouring woodland.

The 10-new one-bedroom bungalows have easy access to the purpose-built facilities, which will be retained for the exclusive use of residents of our bungalows. This central facility will include a dining area and has been designed for a wide range of uses including meetings, get togethers, group activities and events.

There is already a busy social calendar in place for residents to dip in and out of as they please. A mini bus service also provides regular trips into town for anyone without a car.
