About the Village
Life at Gittisham Hill Park combines independence and flexibility with care and security. A qualified team of dedicated staff work within the village, negating the need for a further move later in life.
The village is set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a mile out of Honiton on the edge of the Combe Estate. The town’s facilities, including a hospital, GP surgery, supermarket, library and railway station are within easy reach. Just 10 miles away lies the south Devon coast and the county town of Exeter is within 15 miles.
The Bungalows – The New Collection
The covered entrance porch with door bell and outside light opens into the hall (click picture below to enlarge). From there, are double doors leading to the living room, bedroom and bathroom. Also in the hall are an airing cupboard and walk in storage cupboard. An archway leads from the living room through to the kitchen/diner.
There are two styles of bungalow, offering a slight difference in size and layout of the kitchen.
