OUR ETHOS

Our model of offering active older people a supported lifestyle differentiates the company from most other retirement operators who offer either sheltered accommodation with no facilities or support, or are nursing based. We want to ensure our residents can enjoy living in their own home for the whole of their life with friends around them and access to support as required.

Homes within our villages have shown substantial growth in value over the years, as has all residential property, which means that, not only can residents enjoy the "country club" atmosphere of a Retirement Village but also retain an investment in the property market.
